The first time in many years, the repertoire requirements were changed in 2025 to expand the choice of performance pieces. Teachers whose students appeared in the 3 p.m. recital were Azar Gordon, Tomoko Harada, Aziza Khasanova- Madaski, Florence Liu, Dr. Thomas Parente, and Sondra Tammam.

LLily Karacas and Ethan Hadis (left), students of Dr. Thomas Parente, charmed the audience with their Carnival of the Animals duet. Lily also achieved High Honors for her brilliant Chopin Waltz in D Flat major..
